Our Story
Founded in 2024, Haltec Crop Labs is the brainchild of two visionary inventors driven by a deep-rooted passion for agriculture. Based in the Philippines, our company carries forward the legacy of Dr. Halos, a dedicated industrial microbiologist born into a farming family. Alongside his wife, also an outstanding microbiologist, Dr. Halos co-founded Arnichem Corp. in 2003. Arnichem Corp. was one of the first commercial manufacturers of biofertilizers in the country, pioneering sustainable farming solutions with a focus on natural products.
Dr. Halos and his team’s breakthrough came with the development of Vital N, a microbial solution created in collaboration with PhilRice. This product significantly improved crop growth for Filipino farmers, helping them thrive while remaining committed to natural and, sustainable practices.
Since then, Arnichem has continued to develop Vital N to Vital N Plus, laying the foundation for the creation of Haltec Crop Labs. Our mission at Haltec Crop Labs is to carry the inventors’ work forward by commercializing their pioneering inventions, further advancing research, and developing solutions that will make farming more accessible and sustainable.
